Return, Refund, and Exchange Policies for petpal

At petpal, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our customers. If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please reach out to us within 1-2 hours to resolve the issue. Depending on the condition of the product and the category it falls under, you may qualify for either a refund or an exchange. Kindly review our policies below for more details.

Returns Process

To initiate a return, please ensure that the product is in unused, unaltered condition and free from any signs of damage or wear. The product must also be returned with original tags and the user manual if applicable.

Packaging: Please return the product in its original, undamaged packaging or box. Avoid affixing any tape or stickers directly to the manufacturer’s packaging.
Condition: If the product is returned in a condition that is not deemed satisfactory, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
Refunds
If your return is eligible for a refund, kindly provide us with your bank details through our customer service channels: either via email at muhammadmohxin77@gmail.com or through WhatsApp. Once we receive the returned product, we will process the refund accordingly.

Processing Time: Refunds will be issued once the product has been successfully returned and inspected.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for pet accessories only if there is an issue with the size or color. Unfortunately, food items are not eligible for exchange, unless we have mistakenly sent you the wrong item.

Eligibility: Only exchanges for pet accessories will be accepted for size or color discrepancies.
